My Job Mission is to lead strategic development, enhancement and delivery of innovative, high-quality training programs that equip residents and community development professionals nationwide with the knowledge and skills necessary to improve the performance and sustainability of multifamily housing developments. 

I also offer online workshops on topics such as understanding HOAs, board member training, how to work with a property manager, increasing HOA meeting attendance, property and casualty insurance, real estate finance, real estate asset management, and board elections.

I provide Inspector of Election services for small to mid-size homeowner associations (less than 100 units) in the San Francisco Bay Area. I hold the CCAM, CMCA, and AMS designations and spoke as a panelist on Association Elections at the 2024 California Association of Community Managers Law Seminar and Expo. I was also a panelist at the 2024 Habitat for Humanity International Conference where I gave a talk on HOAs.
